PHRF_ToD

PHRF Time on Distance

Corrected Time = Elapsed Time _seconds minus (PHRF Rating * course Length _{nautical miles})

Seconds Behind(Secs Beh'd) is shown as Seconds per Mile behind 1st boat

Pursuit_PHRF_ToD

Pursuit Race, PHRF Time on Distance

A base Rating is established for the race, usually the highest (slowest) rating of a boat in the race.  That boat starts at the nominal race start time, then all other boats start at the nominal start time plus the number of seconds calculated by:
((base Rating - individual boat PHRF Rating) * course Length _{nautical miles}

PHRF Time on Time

Corrected Time = Elapsed Time _seconds * (650 / (550 + PHRF Rating))

Portsmouth

Corrected Time = Elapsed Time _seconds * (100 / Portsmouth Rating)

Resolving Series Ties

Series Ties are resolved to the extent possible using Rules A8.1 and A8.2 in the Appendix of the ISAF " Racing Rules of Sailing 2013-2016
